- Load the sample into the capillary viscometer (ensuring flow time is at least 200 seconds) and place it in the bath.
- Click “Time” when the liquid hits the upper calibration line and “End” at the lower scale line. After repeating the test 4 times per standard requirements, the machine automatically calculates and prints your viscosity index!
