ZHIWEI Electric Power Technology, as leading China transformer testers manufacturer and supplier, produce quality transformer tester instruments. There are 3 main testing equipment such as Turn ratio tester(TTR), DC resistance tester and CT PT analyzers.
ZHIWEI Introduce About Transformer Testers
Transformer tester is a specialized instrument used to evaluate the performance, safety and reliability of transformers. Because transformers are an important part of the power distribution system, these testers perform a variety of tests and measurements. During this period, these tests ensure that the transformer meets industry standards and operates efficiently.
Turn ratio tester(TTR):
The Transformer Turns Ratio Tester is a portable device used to measure the turn ratios of transformers. It employs advanced digital technology to quickly and accurately determine whether a transformer’s turn ratios meet specifications.
Key features of transformer turn ratio testers by ZHIWEI:
- High resolving power of minimum 0.0001, allowing precise measurement of turn ratios
- Output voltage of 160V/10V that automatically shifts based on the device under test
- Rugged design can withstand harsh work environments with relative humidity of ≤80%RH and no condensation
- Large backlit LCD display for easy reading in any lighting conditions
- Stores up to 1000 measurement readings internally for review or download to a PC
- Ultra-compact and lightweight design at only 2.2 lbs for maximum portability
DC resistance tester:
The DC winding resistance test uses digital signal processing to determine turn ratios between the primary and secondary coils of any transformer. Its high output voltage ensures accurate readings on all sizes. Measurements are stored with date/time stamps for documentation. Meanwhile, our equipment already matches to CE standard.
ZHIWEI DC winding resistance testers presents advantages:
- High precision resolving power of about 0.1μΩ for accurate measurements
- Output currents of 10A, 5A, 1A, 200mA, 40mA and <5mA to test a wide range of resistances
- Working temperature range of -10°C to 40°C suitable for most environments
- Large backlit LCD clearly displays resistance readings
- Stores up to 1000 readings with date/time stamps for documentation
- Lightweight and compact design for easy portability
CT PT analyzers:
This analyzer employs high precision electronics to test CT and PT transformers under load conditions. The broad output ranges and accuracy levels ensure reliable test results on all common transformer ratings.
ZHIWEI provides quality CT PT analyzers with excellent advantages:
- Wide output ranges of 0~180Vrms and 12Arms continuously adjustable
- Peak current output of 36A for testing various transformer ratings
- Voltage measurement accuracy of ±0.1% and CT/PT ratio accuracy of ±0.05%
- Ratio ranges of 1~40000 for both CT and PT measurements
- Operating temperature from -10°C to 50°C with humidity up to 90%
- Large backlit display shows measurement readings clearly
- Records up to 1000 data sets with timestamps for documentation
ZHIWEI Always One Step Ahead During Testing Equipment Industry
Proudly, ZHIWEI owns quality management system certificate GB, CE, Patent Certification. These certifications prove our products quality, and drive us to cooperate with foreign customers easily.
Addtionally, we always use high quality export packaging. We also use specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature sensitive items after an additional charge.
